Villa Permet is a building of great architectural value and represents the most impressive period structure of the city of Permet.
Its 54 windows, stone arches, double entrances, side elevations, stone roof, fireplaces in each room, the use of local stone and the most refined wood absolutely characterize the unmistakable style of this and building of the Eight hundred.
The careful and responsible study of a team of professionals has allowed a restructuring intervention in the most faithful respect for these peculiarities, allowing, not only the return of this heritage to the entire local population, but also an important improving the territory.
The villa
A building with simple, clean lines dating back to the second half of 800. The Villa was initially home to an Albanian merchant who traded with Greece. With the turn of communism the village was expropriated and converted into a public kindergarten. Later, during communism, the complex suffered two fires without collapsing.
With the fall of the regime in 1990 the village remained abandoned until 2015. The renovation began in 2016 and lasted 3 years. Architects Rosangela Rigoli and Miruse Ballay paid special attention to preserving the beauty and authenticity of the original structure.
Today the Villa, recognized as the Residence of the Epoca, offers a comfortable and elegant atmosphere for pleasant stays to remember pleasantly in time.
